 We love being part of our Homes of Hope program, and giving the gift of a new home to needy families. Well today it was our turn, as we received the keys to move into our new home.
For almost 6 years, we have had an amazing time living in community in the center of the busy YWAM base. One of the great things is that we are always in the center of all that is happening, but that is also the downside. Being in the center means No Rest and no real Family Time. For this next season, and especially after taking on the new role, we have decided it is time to move out of our tiny apartment and take a step of faith to get our own place. We have been looking on and off over the past couple of years, with nothing really working out. Suddenly it happened and we found this beautiful house to rent. We really see it as Gods provision, as it has everything we wanted in a house - And More. We even have room for guests, so come and see us... As soon as we got the keys, even before moving in furniture, we invited the staff and students to come round to help us pray round the house. We always want our new home to be a place of Worship, Love & Hospitality... |
