This is a Very Cool picture our our campus at night. (Believe me it doesn't always look that good) Today as i was walking down the stairs from my office into the courtyard i noticed about 30 or 40 people lining up outside waiting to come in to apply for a home. Each of those people had a story and had come to us as a place of Hope. It was amazing to know that over the next weeks and months many of those families were going to have their lives transformed  with the gift of a new home from YWAM. . As i looked around the courtyard and at the people i realised how privileged we are to serve in this role bringing Hope and Justice. Thank You for helping the people of Mexico.

Nearly 30 years ago the first Youth With A Mision teams came in to Mexico to give out bibles to the people of the Northern Baja. Thier home was a campsite just south of Tijuana. Many years later, that former campsite is now owned by Youth With A Mission San Diego / Baja.
This week we had our first meeting on the property since building began. It was very exciting as all our 100+ staff from the 4 locations came together to worship and share a meal on the new 11 Acre campus.
When completed the campus will have bed space for over 800 people. We'll be able to do multiple schools and seminars, and be able to affect the lives of thousands of Mexican families through our Homes of Hope and Mission Adventures programs.

Building is well under way on the first phase of the property. Staff are due to move in during December. Here our some pictures of the latest developments.
